How do I know what size I am for a body protector? 
Sizes for riding equipment.

oh haha!! Well they're like adult size, child size. No teenage size. :')
I'm 5ft 10 and 8 stone so guesses?

No point in guessing. Get a tape measure then go to a reputable website selling body protectors and match your measurements to the advertised sizes - a reputable website should have measurements on.
Or go to a tack shop and get one properly fitted to you.

I would suggest going to a tack shop to be fitted, as they can all fit differently. We sell Rodney Powell but I find airowear fitted e better(they do teen sizes). I am 5'6 but had to have one made for me as I was inbetween a regular and long back.

You need to get fitted by a qualified BETA fitter so pop to your local saddler.
