does anyone know what the sizing is like on the premier equine fly rugs? my lad is a 6' in Amigo/Rambo, his derby house fly rug (which was a spare last year) is far too big on the belly wrap section but ok in fit on his body.
he also has a mega mane (gypsy cob) are the premier equine ones loose enough on the neck for him not to get too hot.
they have an offer on one of them today so could do with ordering:eek:

PE rugs are generally true to size lengthways and quite generous in their depth. The necks are also more generous in size than most makes and stay put better. I would definately recommend them.

I have the Sweetitch Rug and it fits my 6'6 perfectly. Reasonably deep, but not the ridiculous below-the-knees fit of their Buster 70X.

My cob has all PE rugs in a 6 ft. His 6ft amigo was a little small on him but the PE ones are perfect.

If your horse's 6ft Amigo fits him, the 6 ft should be fine.

My warmblood is a 6ft in PE turnouts but I go up a size to 6ft3 for her Amigo/Rambo rugs as they come up a little small (her butt sticks out!). If I measure her she's a 6ft so I'd say they are true to size, but amigos are small. So if I was buying I'd go down a size from the amigo.

Also one of the girls at the yard just got a new PE fly rug in her horses usual size and it came up pretty big!

I love PE rugs. I find them a little bigger than Amigo, but not so much that I need a different size. They are just a bit deeper and roomier in chest and neck.

I have just bought one of their new part rain sheet, part fly rug in a 6'6" and it is very generously sized more like a 6'9" in fact

Premier equine rugs are amazing - very generously sized and seem to fit pretty much every shape of horse. The neck rugs are brilliant too, stretchy and never rub the mane out. Everyone I know who has then seems to love them :-)
