Sorry, we know you love them

We have a new project pony arriving in the next 7days. He is 17hh, 5yr old Hanoverian with Ramiro Z in his sires lines, and some good jumping lines in his dams side. He is very easy to do, been jumping 1m tracks with a young girl who considers anything strong if she cant ride it in a mullen mouth snaffle

Very pretty, "rocking horse" dapples, and is tall as opposed to "big". We are going to take him out to do some BN's and Discos and go from there. SO,

How much for him now?

And how much for him in 3mnths time with more established flatwork/jumping BSJA?

Thank you!!

My lad has Ramiro Z in his lines too, they can jump! I would say now, Probs about 6/7k. And with some flatwor/bsja under his belt, around 10k.

She could probably stretch to 3k- at a push :P

I'd say 5k now, 8k after a few DCs BN and Disc.

Price would depend also on how much potential he's got - obviously if he has an absolutely huge jump then he could be worth any amount really.

It sounds like a very impressive animal - with good breeding and bags of potential.

If it were with a professional you could add another 5k

I'm more with Spiral on this one. Sounds like a nice project.

Bl00dy hell, its not even proven yet!!!!!!!

Id say around 6/7k, get it out jumping some tracks and then around 10k, no more. The market is rubbish at the moment.

Sorry - only my view. And I know what contacts have recently been selling horses for (all in this sort of bracket and fitting this horses discription).

KatB is obviously free to market it at whatever value she feels it's worth.

Thanks Amymay, unfortunately I wont see any of the £ it goes for, I am just part of the "production" team

Looking forward to seeing how he turns out though.... but based on the purchase price he wont be going for quite that much unless he is exceptional.
