I'm unsure if I have the wrong end of the stick.

I have purchased from this company before but have just been told it's run by a woman banned from keeping horses? Is this correct?

Yes, that's her. She's now selling tat tack on facebook. I suppose she has to make a living. I'm just glad she doesn't get to sell horses any longer, for the buyer's sake as well as the horse's.
