We are very lucky here and have a show jumping paddock with a set of show jumps in it. Most people aren't interested in jumping so apart from the odd jump that gets up the rest are just left. My neice is starting to compete so we want to build a decent course of jumps for her using what we have.

So can any one recommend a book that shows different tracks with the spacing that we can use??:)

Any ideas welcome - thankies!!:D

Wine and cheese and biscuits for any help!!:)

If I can find it I have a useful booklet at home that was produced by a bsja coursebuilder friend of mine as a failsafe easy way to build courses for people doing them at unaff shows etc. distances, safe jumps etc.

am happy to copy it and send you one if I can find it I will have a look tonight.

I can give you the one we thought out for inter college, but it was quite complicated, had some tight turns and a skinny etc if not usually courses are built to do something specific like catch the light on one jump that is yellow to spook some horses. Does this help at all?
