Writing for a bit of advice about my TB.
He's 13, and two weeks ago ran into an electric fence, had multiple cuts along his back legs, cue box rest for a week, the cuts weren't too deep so healed over quickly, the box rest was just waiting for the skin to heal over. Now its healed over, he's looking a lot better, but seems to be slightly lame in his back right. And he is stressing a lot because he is in a field on his own, and he's quite an insecure soul and has no horse around him (YO is only giving him a field on his own though as she thinks he isn't good with other horses, kept my mouth quiet though, keeping the peace, as he does settle down eventually on his own). But he is every so often lame and I don't know what to do about it at the moment.
I am sure it's coming from where he got cut, so is my best opition to wait it out for a bit and see if he comes right? He's in no pain and seems happy himself, but I don't want it to get worse.
