Slippy floor!

Hi, I'm having issues with my shod horse slipping on the alleyway floor. It's been paved with paving slabs and she's slipping all over on it. Has anyone tried the non slip floor paint you can get? Or does anyone have any ideas as to what I can put down to make it safer?

My old work used to just use non slip mats on their alleyway, they are only thin but can be moved about very easily and were very effective

My old mare slipped on Sunday and came down in the walkway. Fortunately she was fine - unfortunately she managed to dislocate my ankle and break both bones in my lower leg. Please be very careful if your horse is prone to slipping and I am glad you are thinking of ways to prevent it. I'm looking for rubber matting for our walkway now - just sorry I didn't think of it earlier!

Your farrier should put a non slip nail at the back of shoes
