My mare has seriously sloppy droppings. they range from cow pats to very liquidy splats.
Normally she has fairly normal droppings that can become more frequent and more cow pat like when she is in season.
I have been trying to find a link, some change in diet perhaps.
The only thing I can come up with is that I have had her on oestress fro about 3 months and I wonder if that may be the cause. anyone any thoughts?
I have just finished the second tub and have decided that I haven't seen any real improvement so unlikely to try again so I could wait to see if her droppings now improve, but thought I'd ask anyhow, as I may give it another go in the spring.
Thanks.

been off it for about 4 days and poos no longer sloppy :-)
I'd still be interested to hear if anyone else has noticed this effect?

thanks Miss c,
she has been off it for a couple of weeks now and pos completely back to normal I am pleased to say.
how do you find it for your mare. unfortunately I rode very little whilst Ellie was on it for various reasons, but I really didn't notice any difference at all :-(

It just makes her that little bit easier to work with. She's on maintenance all year round with a higher dose in the run up to competitions. She's argumentative by nature and I find it makes a difference in settling her although we still have to 'discuss' things!!!
