as per title: i'm desperate for some small bale haylage in the North Cotswold area (Chipping Norton/Shipston on Stour/ Burford/ Stow/ Chipping Campden area). Does anyone have a contact please?

Try googling Garry Hickman, he's south warwickshire but delivers all over the country. His hay & haylage are excellent quality, supplies to an awful lot of well known names but is good value.
