Small black lumps below eye

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with small lumps below one eye. I will attach a pic if I can work out how. We have the vet out next week to look at a dreaded sarcoid so I'm panicking these are sarcoids too, around a sensitive area. Any advice would be very appreciated thank you

I think I'd be worrying those were baby melanoma rather than sarcoids.
