My horse has two pea-sized lumps under his saddle area. I think they are blocked sweat glands as I had left that area unclipped and he has been quite sweaty there when we have worked hard. I have now clipped all the hair off but am left with the two small lumps. Anyone any ideas on how best to get rid? They don't hurt him when I squeeze quite hard. Should I leave them be or try and pop them?

I'd say leave them alone. My horse had a couple of lumps in the saddle area and my vet gav me Betnovate to try. They did go but do still come and go.

Def leave them (unless you can actually see them growing and suspect pus inside). My older chap gets them and I just ignore them, don't think there blocked sweat glands though
