Small or large breed showing?

Hi, just a quick numpty question.

If you have a small Fell (12hh ish) is it proper to show him in the large breeds ( because he is a fell) or small breeds ( because he is small) section of a m&m class.

Also if he measures in at the right height, could he show in the m&m lead rein class, I ask as I read one schedule which described eligible ponies as shetlands, a's and b's and wondered if this class is usually breed specific rather than height.

He is a small version of a large breed so goes in the large breed class, under NPS rules he would not be eligible for LR or FR classes but other shows may allow him to do them.

Fells are always a large breed no matter what height they actually are. And no your wouldn't be able to do M&M lead Rein classes as these are for the small breeds - Dartmoors, Exmoors, Shetland, Welsh A & B.
