I need to get winter boots for my teenage daughter. For years we've used Mountain Horse Rimfrost rider and loved them. But now she needs a size 4 boot the back of the boot comes up too high on her leg and it gapes at the calf.

The boots need to look OK to ride in - she needs to be able to hunt in them, perhaps a bit of hunter trials. She does show jump but her normal competition boots will be OK indoors.

She needs a size 4. But not much more than 35cm high and 23cm at the calf.

Can anyone help and point me in the right direction for winter boots for a small skinny Minny?

I have this problem too! Long boots fit fine on the foot but never on the legs always too tall and wide!
I have had to settle for short boots and gaiters/chaps.
I'm sorry I can't help but will be keeping an eye on what others suggest!!
