Snaffle Bit Browband - Help to find please

Years ago I had a flat leather browband something like this one below, but where the bit formed the centre piece of the browband without the leather backing - so essentially the browband was two pieces of leather joined in the middle by a "gold" snaffle bit. It was lost with other tack in a burglary and I would love to find one again, but can't seem to - any ideas ?

Thank you - that looks just like the one I had. Unfortunately my bridles are all brown, so this particular one won't suit. What did you google to find it?

Also, it looks like the leather is stitched along the edge and slightly raised in the middle - would love to find one in flat brown leather.

Ah, now we're getting closer to the original - anyone know what the quality of the leather is like in these?

Could you contact a saddler and see if they could make you one? Can imagine that would be quite expensive though! Even if you see something similar online you could always contact them to ask. I found a woman on Etsy who made full size fleece rainbow bandages, I asked her if she sold pony size ones, as I've been looking for them for ages to match her fleece rainbow rug, and she made them for me in the right size which was nice of her

I've ordered a browband from Bespoke Browband and I was really pleased with it. Karin who runs it is very helpful, although I know she's very busy at the moment!

I can't comment on how wear and tear as it was a gift, but I believe it's still being used (c. 1 year on).

That's my colleagues work and the leather is VERY good quality best bridle butt, I have some of her work in my workshop she made up for me as stock when I didn't have the time to make it myself.

Can also confirm that the leather work on the bespoke browbands is also very good. The lady that makes them is very helpful
