I have a british bulldog who snores and I can say that you get used to it, even the telly has to be turned up if he's asleep. Sometimes in a deep sleep the windows rattle

I know someone who has a bully and rescued another and she says again you get so used to it you don't hear it after a while.

Is only friends coming round laughing that reminds you.

I love hearing my dog on the end of the bed at night snoring and yipping - he must be exhausted some night as he makes running motions with his legs

However, he isn't loud enough to keep me awake - would poking him and telling him to turn over work - it does with people

Our lab has snored since she was a pup but we have never ever let any of the dogs sleep in the same room as us so it doesn't bother us.

Ruby snores terribly but there's something comforting about it when I'm in the house on my own and I can hear her whiffling and snorting in her sleep!!
