Hi, I wondered if anyone could help me, I've just been 2 check my horse and there is a small amount of yellow thick snot on the wall. Shes absolutely fine herself doing her usual of galloping around the stable. She is in 24hours and is on crap hay which i soak (not my choice, collage rules!) shes going home 2morro 2 b turned out. Do you rekon it could just be a combination of the hay and being in 24hrs? and getting her out her stable is a good option?
Thanks, sorry im not too clever on all of this.

I hope you have some excellent rugs if you are going to turn her out, or maybe you mean she will just go out during the day.Fresh air ,excellent hay and soak even that for a short while if she is coughing , also feed on the floor to let snot drain

shes only out during the day, not all the time, shes only been in all the time since last sun and she did do the same last time, where she is know are being silly about letting us buy our own hay or hayledge in and we have 2 use their hay which looks awful. she'll b home and n heyledge 2morro eve. all feed is on the floor already. thank for your advice.

put it this way if u put a bale of straw next to the hay you wouldnt b able to tell the difference! ill take her out for a hack in a minute and hopefully that will help.
