snow again

snowed all day yesterday with a bitter swirling wind, every time you plan to do a task the weather stops you so now wind died down and going to ride in the soft snow lucky did manage my first hack out in ages a few days back and it was great, wonder what our summer will be like?

Oh it has to be better than this winter has been. Stassi has a friend who correctly predicted this awful winter. Think it's time we got her to ask them about this summer

Feel so sorry for all you scottish peeps - watched the forecast this morning and it said you were going to get 36 hrs non stop blizzards, so puts the rest of the countries moans about the weather into perspective....

Sidney im sick of it. I live in Aberdeenshire it has been snowing since 7am yesterday! We have about 2.5ft of snow it comes to the top of the wheels on my 4x4!! I feel so guilty i cant get to my horses that are living out (they have a large field shelter) i just have a field myself. I gave them half a big round bale of hay and plenty of water yesterday im sure they are ok but i dont want to put my family in danger trying to get there today. PLEASE spring be here soon.

I'm in Aberdeenshire too Gleek. Seriously peed off with it now! We've had about 4 days of no snow on the ground since before Xmas! I planned to get my horse back into work in mid-Jan, I've managed to ride him 4 or 5 times and mainly in walk since it been in the snow

Am on jury duty all this week too so I HAVE to drive into Aberdeen everyday no matter what! Last night going home was fun, cars sliding down Tyrebagger hill!

I love the snow but i dont think my husband can cope with me saying i need to get another bale of hay!!!! lol
