Wooley has been in the stable for three days now, not allowed out as he is a lami case and the field is covered in snow and frost. Driving me and him mad!All the others are happily out. Am I right to keep him in? Someone say yes!!

You are absolutely right. Much better that he be fed up in his stable for a few days, than come down with laminitis. My boy with Cushings has to be kept in when there is a hint of frost as it has been the frost in the past that has given him laminitis. It won't last long and then your boy can go out.

Depends how much snow there is. Personally Id let him out for a short time just for a mooch about. Mine are out and havent touched the grass (covered in snow) for 2 days (hays far more interesting).
