SNOW!

I hate snow.

Had my first proper show today- was up at the yard at 6.30 am, plaited up by 7.45, only to be called saying it was off due to adverse weather..had been practising for weeks too, hopefully will be on again in a couple of weeks.

hope it brings no one else much trouble!

Sunny here until 30 seconds ago when snow started lashing down! Has stopped again and sun is back!

It's been snowing for about an hour...still not lying though..

Here too in my area, Inverness. Wild day, blowing a gale. Went out at 6am to get Wooley in, 2 roads blocked by fallen trees, had to go a very long way round.

I was out at 6.30am and it was soooooooooooo cold, some snow and still snowing but not laying. Golly, it was really rather windy last night!

I was headed fo faraway, apparently awful there...
snow has sopped now...sunny and windy.

I went riding about 8am and it was really sunny but very windy. About 10 minutes ago it turned into a blizzard and now it's beautifully sunny again! Weird!

Faraway gets snowed off a lot ,its up in the hills and the road up is very steep. I hate taking the lorry up at the best of times. When do they have there next thing?

There apparently going to put it on again in a couple of weeks. It's the North East Inter schools dressage competition...our team were headed off in a big hayfield lorry...don't think we'd have enjoyed that!

Went out for hack this morning at 9am, lovely sunny morning although rather windy, 1 mile up the road and I had to turn back because of a sudden snow blizzard! I arrived back at the yard with a horse bay on one side and white on the other

horses were just staying out all day too and now they will be out for 4hours or less a day

Same here in n.ireland , been having blizzards all morning , went to exercise lilly , we kept coming in and out of the showers , just thawing out now, its bloody cold and windy here
