Has anyone used these?
I placed an order for a couple of rugs 10 days ago, and can't seem to get hold of them.
No answer to my email, (or an auto reply to say on holiday), the land line doesn't appear to work, and the mobile goes straight to voicemail...
I'm aware that it is easter, so they could be away etc, but wondered if anyone else had used them before without issues?
