Snuggy hood delivery. Slow?

I ordered from them nearly two weeks ago and the payment has gone through, but no product! Are they just a bit slow?

They have a sale on at the moment so could be a bit snowed under maybe? Especially ad the sweet itch season is about to start.

I've always found them easier to deal with by email than phone so it's worth a quick email to check progress perhaps?

I've always just called them if I have any problems - not that I have had many! Give them a buzz, they are a small, family run business so yes their sale might be snowing them under but their kit is second to none so well worth the wait!

I ordered twice and both orders came in 2/3 days.

I ordered on 21st feb and haven't had it yet. Emailed them thursday just to check it wasn't lost and they said they're manic with the sale but mine should come today

I emailed them just before this post and already had a reply. You're right, the sale has snowed them under a bit (HHO syndrome, probably!!) and it should be with me on Wednesday. Suppose I should learn more patience!
