Snuggy Hood/Turn out hood

Hi everyone.. I have just bought myself a lovely new 16.3hh ISH eventer who is a dream but i can never keep him clean and he hates me brushing his head,he sticks it up in the air and me being 5ft 2 it is not too great!. i Was wondering if any body has used the turn out hoods from Snuggy hoods i have seen their website and they look perfect but i want some feedback before i go splashing out on one..!
any feedback would help

I have one and I think its great. This is the 3rd winter of using it I would get one with the zip as it makes it much easier to get on. You must make sure that the girth strap is done up tightly and that it fits correctly.

Snuggy hoods where great with help on size and they put extra velcro on the girth strap so it could go up further and have a better fit.

Their are a lot of people who don`t like them, but as I said my boy has been using it for 3 winters now and he rolls and rolls and it has never moved.

I feel that the cost of them is worth it and with the time it save brushing its paid for its self over and over.

Ive got one and its really good, the one Ive got isnt water proof though, but it does keep them clean.
Be careful though, coz if he doesnt like you brushing his head, he may not like you pulling a hood over his head, then youve wasted a lot of money.
Maybe see if some one at your yard has one you can try on him.

i love mine, ive had it years now, and it comes in handy with my old boy who loves to roll (if i didnt know his parents id suspect he was hald hippo!), it keeps mud off a lot of him, he can still get it in his ears and on his eyelashes though

thats fantastic feedback I shall go on the website and buy one.. they have some lovely products i dont think its just the hood i shall be buying the pyjama's look Fab!!

I have just ordered an XL, i had to call them to check his size and they were very helpful so i'm chuffed, i had a zip put in and also ears to stop them getting muddy too!! Lets hope the hood is as good as they were.. its being delivered first thing tomorro so no more mud monster for me!!
