Do any of you leave Snuggy T/O hoods on overnight in the stable??

I have a Rambo Duo, last year the Duo Hood was tight on this horse this year it's so tight it's rediculous.
So have moved back to using my Snuggy hood

& removed the detachable Duo hood completly

.

Horsewear always had generous hoods on there rugs never had a problem till i invested in Duo's. The Duo Necks are fine on my other 2 horses but not this one

. Seems like anything with decent Topline wont have any room in the Duo Neck.

. But i would like to keep it on overnight, not any different to wearing it in the day is it??

It will be fine. Merlinsquest horse lives out 24/7 in his hood and not done him any harm.

I'm using the hood off my Supreme on my DUO as it is definately roomier!!

Glad it's not just me who thinks the Duo neck is skimpy. Bit bad considering the cost of them

No not just you, if you look Ebay, there are quite often Duo hoods for sale as spares as they weren't big enough.

Apparently you can order bigger ones, but special order and about £30.

Annoying as although I felt the Rhino hoods were a bit skimpy the Rambo ones are normally fine.

Hi.... Merlin is indeed out in his 24/7 and the worse that has happened is that one of his ears gets under the cover!!! BUT that is because I have added ears to his snuggy and his little shetty friend likes to pull them

It is so nice to be able to get the hood off and not fight with layers of mud before you can ride

My rambo duo neck is also very snug, but merlin has a weedy neck and therefor its not too bad..... but its snug with the snuggy under it

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has had problems with Duo neck cover!! FYI, the Premier Equine Buster neck covers fit onto the Duo, I've just bought a medium sized one for the ginger in my siggy and its a much better fit than the Duo (its elasticated at the top so snug bit not tight).....they also do a 100g and 200g filling

Also a fan of snuggy hoods too and have never had a problem with 'slipage'!!!

Just been on Premier equine & i can see they do detachable necks but there's no facility to buy them. Did you ring them up??

Yep, just give them a call and they'll take your details over the phone, it was with me within 2 days of ordering....very efficient and friendly!!

ETS: It was about £30 but quality seemed much better than Duo...
