I wrote to them to ask if they would offer discount on a 2nd rug or hood as my hood was becoming beyond repair.Thought I'd be cheeky and ask.They wrote back to tell me that they don't give discount for re orders but offer discount at shows.I wrote saying I thought it would be a good idea to give discount to good costomers in future.
Today got an email saying they are having a sale until the end of July of 20% off, so if you want anything from them order now
May buy one from them but I was a bit miffed at their original response

Mmm...interesting. Might have to try Cat's hood on Adrian at the w'end & see if it will do or if he needs a smaller one. Cat was 17 hh & an XL fitted him really well, but Adrian's 16.1 & all Cat's things are a bit too big for him. He looks like a little boy wearing his big brother's hand me downs!!

I personally wouldn't bother buying any hoods from them.

Everyone I know has complained that their horses mane has been rubbed out with them, including my horse!
