I know you said a jumping picture would be nice but our jump field is under water and we only have blocks in the school which would be a bit dull.

I know its still a bit fuzzy but hopefully people would ring anyway as he is ace (imo) and his advert makes him sound it and Im not going to put him on for alot of money (for what he is) so do you think that one will do?

Could box him to a friends yard to jump tomorrow and get more, but we moving house and I might get in trouble going out to play ponies!!

So any better?!

Vicki and Jake (who is bored by all this bandage malarky and photo taking, he would much rather be sleeping or eating!)

much better! i prefer seeing flat photos actually lets me have a look at their conformation a bit better :D

he's lovely btw!! :)

So far so good then!! I think I prefer flat pics too on a young horse. If its established then I think I would want a good jumping picture but not so much with a 4 year old.

To make him stand out in a page full of adverts a bit more. Fair enough if it was a standing confo picture I'd agree with you but in a working picture I don't think it makes too much difference.

Why the bandages? TBH they would put me off as I want to see his limbs.

i agree totally also stand the horse with no tack and make sure there isn't a leg pointing forwards but defo no boots or bandages i always like to see bone so maybe a front view and a side view so one can see the shoulder hope this helps ?

He looks nice, i would drop the bandages and i would opt for a better ridden picture.
i actually prefer to see youngsters unridden in pictures as sometimes the rider can dominate the picture and detract - and i feel this picture is an example of that, the focus needs to be on the horse.

You can pick every photo to bits, but the last photo you've put up of the flatwork is good and personally I would still put the jumping photo in as a secondary photo, as it gives a good idea. Looks a nice horse. Best of luck!

I'm only putting 1 picture on so am not going to put a unridden picture on. I don't think you can say he works sweetly on the flat, jumps ect then put a standing picture on.

I have a few standing confo pics of him in nothing which can be emailed out if people want to see and tons of video.

I'd far rather people had a full picture of what a horse is like before getting in a car to come to visit as if it's not right it's a waste of everyone's time!

Fair enough, but perhaps chop you off (halfway up) and make the horse the focus of the picture because the first thing i see is the rider and that overshadows him.

I totally agree, my eyes are also drawn to the rider and away from the horse. Maybe not chopping the rider in half but have the rider wearing toned down clothing and a plain black silk.

No I don't think it's too fuzzy and actually although I was not a fan of chopping the rider out, I think it's better as you can clearly see the horse now as he's the focus and not the rider :)

Much better in terms of not being able to see the rider and focus on the horse. Why not ask for more pictures to be taken with the emphasis on the horse. I would also wear a dark top - the pink is too ' in your face' IYSWIM

BUT I am being very picky!

I suppose in the advert the whole picture would be smaller so therefore less fuzzy.

I prefer it like that, thanks :)

It was a challenge to avoid the rain and get anyone to take pictures!! What with moving house I think this one might have to do!! Or maybe I can paint over the pink in paint....toddles off to get geek boy to see if he can do that lol

Done mwahahahahahhahaaa seemless!

In all honesty it does look better in black!! I think for the sake of more pictures and lack of time Ill probably just live with the pink!!
