I have been umming and ahhring about selling a horse (I have too many) for a little while. I have presently put it off and sent him to schooling livery so he can have an opportunity to have regular work and see different things. Essentially he is the 'hard too find' sort of horse, good age, good conformation, good temperament, etc.
So are horses selling, is it worth trying? I don't really mind as can always keep him and maybe get him a seasons hunting, but I know he is a really fun confidence giving type who the right person would really really enjoy - I would only sell him if it was a great home and I really thought that he and new owner would get on.
So anyone had their arms bitten off for a horse, or are even the good ones finding it hard?
