I love a good bargain and will always shop around for the best price before I buy *anything*.

I've had some very good deals on rugs and my Mark Todd jumping boots from Equestrian clearance, a huge bucket of half price garlic from Feedmark, and a pair of Hunter joddy boots for £25 at Badders last year.

Barbour show jacket (unworn) from ebay for £70 - the most flattering jacket I've ever had, sadly they don't make them any more!
Mark Todd rugs half price when old dairy have their sale.
Breathable nylon show sheet from the USA for about £20 - don't know what I'd do without it, keeps madam nice and cool in show stables and resists poo stains!
Hoodies in 'last seasons' patterns at reduced prices from Western Scene - she doesn't care if it's last season's patterns, they fit the best and are stretchy and comfy.
Sorry, could go on, terrible bargain hunter!

Lister Stablemate clippers. They were £220 reduced down to £70 because the lady took them back to the shop because her pony did not like the noise, all she done was turn them on,so they were not even put near the pony.

From a local charity shop about 3 years ago - a brand new genuine Drizabone long riding coat for £8.00. It must have only just been donated because it was hung up on the door of the "ironing" room, had no price on it yet and was about to be steam cleaned (thank goodness I got to it before the steam cleaner did!).

My best bargain was a pony pairs driving vehicle, brand new, still in it's wrappings for less than half it's new price. My friend recently bought a brand new Saddle Company Saddle for £38.
