Following on from a post a while back regarding my 21YO, who has been diagnosed with desmitis straight distal sesamoid ligament and reccomended having more support for her heels....


Here is todays work of art:

so what do you think... I asked for pleanty of support for her heel and am really pleased that he listened andhas done that .....

What do you all think???!!

They look like a lovely set shoes-lots of nice heel support and width- it's good your Farrier has listened to you- hang on to that farrier!

Brilliant! I though he had done a good job. He was a little worried she may pull them off. But as I said to him, in 14 years of having her, she only pulled one off and that was going xc in very deep ground...

I have put her back out in OR boots just in case though! She is only being walked anyway, so just hope they stay on!
