Hi everyone :)

As some of you may know i was having alot of problems with swallow and her fear of gates. Iv'e been working really hard trying to her and tonight....


She actually came to the gate.She saw me neighed and then came cantering through the feild to me.

I'm so happy. After all the tears and upset iv'e had the hours iv'e put in I finally feel like i'm getting somewhere :D

Well done :) so wonderful when it pays off. I practically burst with pride everytime Deano stands still at the mounting block for me. You'd think he'd won the National :o its just that feeling of 'I did that!'

If you want a flood of replies try asking if anyone thinks you are too heavy for her or if her fear of gates could be cured by removing her shoes ;)

Yeah i haven't been able to find any other details anywhere of this fear truts my horse to pick a weird one :D

I remember your earlier posts, what great news, well done and just shows how things you least expect take time to sort, but so worthwhile when you do achieve what you set out to do.

Well done, hope the progress continues

Thank you :) me too just hoping she doens't backwards again like she has before with other things but for now I'm smiling :D
