OMG I needed to scrub myself clean afterwards :( It's run by the friend of a friend and he's getting rid of his greyhound. I agreed to rehome her for him so went to see her and nearly left with a staffie bitch who is so underweight it's unreal. 3 years old and been having puppies every season since she first started having them :( It was so hard not to say anything and pretend to be nice, nearly made me sick :( Have reported him for benefit fraud, RSPCA have been there before and did nothing so not sure who else to try.

He is getting rid of his greyhound but breeding from other dogs. I don't know who you can contact its bit better with horses as there are a few charities, maybe try RSPCA again about the staffie.

Try the Local Council environmental health department.
Difficult to get action if less than five litters a year but if you can proove that many they should do something.

He advertises via friends and facebook but trying to track those down. I'm trying environmental heath (garden is full of dog poop). He's just got another dog to breed from but am wary of saying too much atm.

If anyone knows someone who wants a 2 - 2 1/2 year old greyhound bitch then let me know. Good with other dogs, scared of the pups, ok with older children but not happy around toddlers etc (she's scared, not nasty).

Try your local RGT branch as they may be able to help rehome :)

How awful for them all :(

I tried them and spoke to the Swindon branch and was told to let the dog go out on the street. Woman was utterly vile and refused to help me despite her being an ex-racer. Will try the Dorset number and see if they're any better.

I'm surprised by this esp if it was the RGT branch rather than a local grey charity!! If you don't get any joy contact head office, if you were closer I'm sure one of ours would help :(

Get in touch again with RSPCA and really lay it on the line that this is a puppy farm. Also contact Environmental Health - animal / Trading Standards and tell them everything. Hopefully they will "raid" the premises and action will be taken.
