If all goes well tomorrow ill be buying my new mare. i really want her to be the right one. ive done checked her all over and rode her etc is there anything else i should make sure i check? Anything i should redo etc? As if this isnt the right horse cant afford to be buying another:( she seems perfect but need to be sure

Have you had her vetted? Ridden her on a hack, in the school, jumped her? I like to have a go at catching the horse from the field, or see the seller do it. Load on a trailer and/or lorry, see what she's like. Check her competition record if she's affiliated.

Vetting.
Catch with owner out of site.
Hacked alone and in company.
Schooled, jumped.
Taken out in in trailer/lorry and see how horse it away from home.

Good luck.

Thanks ill do that. yes shes getting fully vetted, is there anything i should check for health wise? Eg anything i can do with her legs etc? I really want flexion tests and things but ive heard only vets should do a flexion test. im not entirely sure of what they look for in a vetting as my first horse had a 2* and i wasnt there, the next a 5* and i wasnt there as it was down south and my last horse didnt have one. all i know is that the vetted ones passed
