My horses are moulting was brushing my 5yr old earlier & hair was everywhere, even when I was riding I was covered in hair. I hate moulting time lol :p

My mare is usually the first to start but she hasn't yet. Last year she was slow to shed because of her cushings. None of the others have started yet. Are you in the South?

My Haffy is just starting to lose his white fluffy hair off his chest, underside and legs. I'm glad its starting but I am not looking forward to being covered in hair for the next few weeks! x

Hope mine don't start for a few days - want to clip my sweaty mare one more time at the weekend! We are in the cold Pennines, so hopefully a bit behind your southern horses!

My TB boy is moulting and summer coat clearly visible on clipped bits. We're in the chilly north, have told him snow may return but he's not listening ;)

My 'woolly mammoth' has been losing her hair for about a fortnight now. There is so much that the yard looks as though we've put a carpet down, after she's been brushed. Last year, though, she started moulting on Boxing Day, so she's quite a way behind this year. The Appy hasn't started yet though and the cob is just starting.

Heck!

I clipped the gelding on Sat, and have been away since Sunday, so hoping mare hasn't started yet! She was clipped mid-March last year and didn't suffer for it. She is the sweatiest equine I've ever met, and a nightmare if not clipped as you end up washing her off all the time then struggling to dry her!

Yup was giving mine a cuddle last week and came away literally covered in his hair! It was EVERYWHERE! He's going to be half the horse he is now in a few weeks time! :D
My mum's mare is being much more sensible and holding on to hers for now... aparently we'll be getting more snow up here soon :(

Star is clipped, but I noticed her legs were moulting yesterday. Love it when moulting starts because Spring is nearly here.

I was spotting snowdrops in flower yesterday, and this bit of sun brought out the crocuses in the park - silly things.
