SO MAD!!!!

rplied with tracking number and have also contacted them via phone and email to tell them i still have the receipt fprm postage and because i paid postage by card via royal mail website i have the payment details for the postage charges too. i always keep the receipts for my business account.

just waiting for the reply from them in the next 48 hours.

Ok paypal will check the tracking number is valid and will more than likely close the dispute.
(had one person,seller who put a number in as tracking,paypal ruled in my favour as it wasnt a tracking number the seller had given them). lol

Let the dispute run now.
 
Yup, they will have checked it and it needs to show as delivered - used to work with PayPal ;)

so once it is recieved they will close the case? so at the most i will only have to wait a few more days max then before my claim thing is lifted? :) think i have alrready said but not sure, have contacted them with track number and called emailed saying i have reciept still and proof of postage cost as i paid for it by card on royal mail website xx

Think your ok. Wait to hear from paypal. Shouldnt be too much longer.

Nothing is 100% (most certainly with Paypal!) but in their policies, the tracking number needs to show as delivered. However, it is all dependent upon whoever is dealing with it at PayPal (some take short cuts and will decide in your favour based purely on a tracking number). I would say you should be ok, you have a tracking number and that is the key :)

I would report the buyer to Ebay though.
