im hoping they find out exactly why he is lame (if its the bone chip or athiritis) and whether it can be fixed, as he is now bilaterally lame infront, so fingers crossed for a good outcome, as hes only just rising 5, hes gonna be away for a week it will be very strange going to see my other 2 and him not being there

Good luck. I hope it is something straightforward.

My horse was bilaterally lame at the front and it was a mediolateral foot imbalance with side bone. I remember being sick with worry at the time and relieved to know that remedial farriery did the trick.
 
My boy was bilaterally lame and diagnosed yesterday with early onset arthiritis in coffin joints (he is 7). Quite easily managed so I have been told. Good luk xx
