Two lovely things have happend over the past couple of days.
I had a lovely post and subsequent email from a forum member giving me some pretty impressive history about my horses breeders, and some of the horses they have bred.
And then yesterday I was stopped in the village by a woman I'd never met before wanting to know about my horse. She asked me if Thumper had been bred by Mrs S from Hereford, to which I replied yes. She had recognised him from a photo I sent to the breeders in August.
She then proceeded to tell me that she was on the way up there to do some work with some youngsters and could she take a photo of Thumper to show Mrs S??? It was so lovely. We had a good old chat about my favourite subject - Thumper - and also his breeders, who were apparetly so pleased to hear from me last year when I first bought the horse.
Had a big smile on my face after that. It was really lovely.
