Ok so it may not be a big deal to some but today I jumped 112cm or 3'8" on Pidge

and it was a corner too as we were having a jump lesson from YM and practising indoor XC fences, so skinnies fake ditch etc
Sorry pretty pointless post really but have only just worked up to jumping 2'9" and then 3' so am over the moon to have jumped this today

think my worries about jumping bigger are finally over. Pidge is so good jumping when I sit still and just let him get on with it, does help as well that YM is such a good teacher

yes am very pleased and eep yes its big as went up to have a look after jumping it and it came level with my stirrups - I'm on a 17hh ISH and I had very short stirrups

thanks, Pidge was very happy to be jumping something decent as its only recently I've started to jump bigger and anything under 2'6" he doesn't have to jump, just does an elongated canter stride
