The woman I work for, who I am soon to be not working for

has gone away on holiday, she asked me to work saturday and sunday morning and then monday as normal, so went to work today and made up feeds and hay for someone to put in later (i only work every other morning)

Got a text from her asking how everyone was etc saying she will be back on tuesday evening and see me wednesday as normal, now I dont work there tuesdays, and she didnt ask me to work tomorrow, but have no idea who will go and feed!

Go to her dads after hers and he thought I would be working as he isn't free, I work elsewhere on a tuesday, and happen to have a completly hectic day tomorrow, but have a horrible feeling no one is going to turn up and feed!

just about sums up this job tbh, and Ive had enough, dont mind being underpaid etc... but just going away and not leaving someone to look after the horses is one step too far

sorry for the mini rant but really couldnt believe it, suppose Im just going to have to try and fit in feeding them all before I start all my other jobs for the day, which should be fun as I also have to fit in saddle fitter and farrier at some point too

Rather than speculating, why don't you drop her a text saying that she does know you're not there tomorrow and has she got it covered

there is no one else that would do it, just her dad and me, he is going over later to put feeds in, but only because i asked him too, as I wasnt going back up, he had no idea what was happening,

I thought she was back today, but aparently not, was going to text her later if i dont hear anything back, but she doesnt have anyone else who would do it, so she will proberly just reply asking me to work
