Totally self-indulgent post.
I've recently been feeling my baby's been a little uncomfortable over stones, so the farrier and I decided it was time he had shoes on. Today was the big scary day...
And he was a total pro! Stood like a 20 year old, didn't flinch at the nails, the smoke, the rasp, better than our old pony!
So I'm over the moon. I was so worried as I'd been hearing all the horror stories of first time shoeings going wrong!
