Sorry a bit of a self indulgent thread here, but just wanted to say how proud I am of my girl, (16.3hh ISH) having only just turned 6 last week (and the youngest horse in work on the yard) she has fast become the nanny of the yard on hacks, leading out much older, experienced and supposedly saner horses past scary tractor monsters etc and being used as the nanny for newly arrived horses on their first ventures out either round the village and roads or in the fields.
She really is a horse in a million, and I just find it fantastic and humbling what horses can teach you every day
Anyone else's baby teaching their elders how to behave?
