I know there has been a lot of these adverts recently about free adverts and so on but i wish i had all the money in the world to give these poor ponies a better life. 2 years old and a ride and drive? Such a shame, he is such a lovely looking chap I hope he ends up in the right home :/

Pictures do not do any justice. Snaffle mouth, good in traffic, pulled a cart to appleby, been in iron tyred dray.

I know we all complain about how the economical climate is effecting us but it is more so effecting our animals...

It is for driving horses so the more 'coby' type horses are advertised here, which happen to be the gypsies area of breeding so yes I would say this is their chosen site for selling horses.

I would guess bog burn is a slang term for mud fever but I'm not definate.
 
Bog burn is a term used to describe a heavily feathered horse that has (usually) been out on wet muddy land and it 'burns' off the bottom few inches of feather, rather spoiling the look of a traditional cob. Is nothing to do with sore skin, mud fever etc. Is totally painless but just breaks of the feather hair. Happens to almost all of them over here in the winter that are kept out.
