Pointless post really but as i thought things were getting better everything has took a turn for the worst, murphys loaners dont want to have him anymore and im not in the position to keep him anymore unless a perfect loaner can figure out all off his quirky ways but i know that this isnt really possible after already tried.. I really wanted to keep him forever after what he has done for me, making me more of an established rider amd really give me more compassion for horses and working through with them to the point i now work with peoples horses.. Sorry i had to let it out as i dont want to say it to mom as i know she is in an aeful situation :-(
Here is a

Thankyou and sorry at the same time guys just had such a pants year so far!

Aw coming to the end of summer I know this isn't something you want to hear... can only imagine having to sell mine.
Have you tried all the local pony clubs, the Wyre Forest, Clifton, Worcester or even Ludlow aren't too far from you. (Assuming your near Bissell Wood). Does he SJ as well as XC? & do basic dressage?

Yep pony clubs, and never tried dressage on him but i know he has done odes with his previous owners, dont want too make a fool out of me and him as he is so sensitive which alot of people dont get :-( before i brought him a few years ago they would have people get on him claiming to be amazing riders and kick him after being told not too and just tank aroynd until they came of! Fortunatly he has never done that with me as we have really clicked if you know what i mean? I really think he has been mistreated with sputs which wouldnt suprise me as he is a jumping pony!

Aww he's gorgeous! And what a fab jumper! Has he ever hunted? This would be the perfect time of year to find a nice hunting home for the season...? How big is he?

He is AMAZING hunting and the hunt masters love him because he is up at the front with then the whole day haha! And because my mom wants me to start jumping bigger heights and bigger competitions :-( and i am a senior this year too so he will be too small and cant afford wo horses:-( and worcster area :-) and hho admin dont worry i am advertising him on here soon! And he is 13.1 but takes up your leg im 5'4 and dont look bad on him! To tip it off today he rode beautifully :-( burst into tears again like a fool!!!

Not a pointless post at all. I do hope things work them selves out and the ideal loaner comes along. Good luck and chin up.

I can remember trying to find a loan home for my aunts pony, had a couple of "good" PC riders come try & trial her which ended in tears (very sharp/smart pony) but found the perfect home with a young lad who was nervous as anything when he first sat on her!

As he's hunted can you put the word out through the masters, to see if anyone's looking for a pony for the season? It may only be till march but it'd be another 6 months to find a more permanent home.

Contact your local hunts and PC's and let them know he's available for loan - people who look through word of mouth are often more reliable. I can't believe he's not been snapped up - he looks so much fun!

Can you not keep him until the spring? I read it that your mum wants you to move on to a bigger pony but if you could keep him over winter you would stand more chance of finding a home next year. Don't be railroaded.
