Got up, walked the dogs, went to the farm and came home to take Misty to her hydrotherapy session.
Got there, everything went fine, she swam well, we paid, came out and went to the car.

I unlocked the door, opened it Misty jumped into the passenger front seat, so I chucked my keys onto the dashboard and reached over her, fastened her seatbelt and took her lead and collar off.

Stood out of car, shut door behind me and realised - damn! drivers side door is locked, so went to open passenger side door - locked....
Must have pushed lock down by accident strapping Mit in!
Keys? Locked inside with dog and house key
Me? Locked outside, in torrential rain.... :(

Had to wait for an hour for my mum to come with the spare key to unlock the door to get my keys to unlock my door and drive home!!
Doh....:o Good job I had my phone on me!!!!

But, at least the hydro went okay - here is pictures of my intelligent (but not intelligent enough to unlock the door! :p) Golden Retriever, swimming :)

Haha couldn't think of any way of opening the car without damaging my beloved Peugeot!!!!
And yeah she shakes and whines on the way, but its all a big drama queen act ;);)

LOL! Not sure if that beats giving puppy the remains of last nights curry for lunch and leaving her in her crate for the afternoon...:D

That has to have been my worst ever move!:D

I managed to lock my friend's collie in her car not once, not twice, but THREE times this weekend :o :o :o

He just gave me a disdainful look to say "You pleb...." :o I hate it when you realise the dog in question is smarter than you  :o

Done that before...and regretted it when faced with the clean-up job.

Haha, we've seen chinese, cake, nuts (seriously disastorous for tara (not sure if yours is the same CC???) you name it w've seen it!! Pencils are a favourite of Goldies - it makes their bum troubles green!!
But still, at least with these problems, you have the dog with you...not locked in a car... :P

Never tried nuts! This was my great old girl, who was a massive thief, she'd actually take stuff out of your hand if you weren't paying attention (childhood memories of eating a cheese and pickle sarnie sitting on the top of the back of the sofa, with her circling underneath like a shark)

B is very good, not a scranner at all like some of his predecessors!!!

Tara's horrendous with nuts :( we make posters at family parties saying please please please do not feed any nibbles to dogs!! Vet hospitalisation fees apply!!- we had a whippet once who stole a pork chop off my dads plate and also chewed a big hole in our carpet after we'd left the shopping bags there with a cooked chicken in!! :o

Awwww - looks like she is enjoying her swim!!:D:D

As for you locking yourself out of the car............:rolleyes::rolleyes::D

Haha I know I know pillock alert!!! She curled up on the seat and went to sleep, little sod, no moral support there!!
She loves it she just plays it up on the way there! (as you can see her cowering in the seat in the first pic haha)

I had a GSD pup once who broke her leg just before she went to a new home so kept her for a bit longer. To keep her socialised I took her everywhere with me, one morning I had dropped kids off at school and popped pup back in car whilst I nattered to other mums. She managed to hit the locks with her plastered leg and locked the doors. By the time I had got a lift home and collected spare keys she had peed all over the car, bless her.

Your goldie looks as if she is loving her swimming, I used to take my old GSD to a local hydrotherapy pool every so often just to have a swim, and my young son used to go in the pool with her.:D
