Age, weaving (potential for knackerd leggs very soon!) and you have to be 'capable' to ride her... whatever they mean by that!
No one is buying anythng at the mo. The price of horses is irrelevant, it is the keep that costs. Guess they just want to shift her before they pay out any more. I think it is whats called 'cutting your losses'.
she looks nice, personally i think it is a genuine reason, as the seller them self has said that she's open to vet. If there was something wrong with her, they would be trying to cover it up!
Also could be a chance to pick up a superstar. If it's bordom weaving its curable and could only be rare. Capable could just be cautiousness on owners side too.
Seen the same back ground and person riding a chestnut westphalian (sp?) gelding whilst I was looking for a horse 3 months ago so yeah probably a dealer even though says private. Nice mare though.
