Soaking Oats again - the water

Sorry, just a quick question. Am new to this soaking oats diet which Im trying out. Ive found my neds adore the water which I drain the oats from. So is it safe to let them drink it?? I assume so?

Thought it might be useful to let them drink that at summer competitions to keep hydrated rather than the messy sugar beet water??

I doubt it harms them - I soak my oats alongside my hi fibre pellets so there is no water left......all 25 of my guys are still standing.

My water seems to pong after 24hrs so I've been draining the whole lot and resoaking.

One of my girls won't drink at shows - I wonder whether she'd like the pongy oaty water??
