If you click on the Horse and Hound Forums link at the top of the page (under the ads) Soapbox is at the bottom in the resticted bit.

well i was just browsing there so dont think its disappeared!
have you tried using the forum jump in the bottom right corner?
i lost it the first day of this new forum - i clicked on Horse & Hound Online Forum instead of Horse and Hound Forums to try and view the main page and it only showed the top section, you havnt done that have you
