Soft white sore feet ....

Went to check on my mare after being away for a few days and friend looking after her and she has really sore feet.

Around the front of the hoof there is a thick white cuticle of like creamy stuff ... Also the frogs are really soft and her heel is pink and sore :/

Is it the soggy weather as she lives out or does it need seeing to?

Just sounds like over exposed to all the wet weather. I'd treat similar to mud fever.

Sounds like the wet weather has made them go like it. If you can get her some where dry for a few hours I'm sure they will go back to normal.

Thank you! Anything I should put on them/do?

Shes only out as doesnt go in stables due to bad start in life :/ Been the stubborn old mare she is getting her used to it is proving hard!
