Does anyone know the best way to soften rubber reins?....the pimply ones....we got some with coblets new bridle and littlest bratling is struggling with them as they'e too stiff

Use them, they will soften up as will the underlying hide the more you use them, nothing else can really do it, Oz

Thankyou, I had a feeling that would be the only way, it's the way I've always done it for my own but was hoping there might be a cheat method to help bratling out. Oh well he'll have to suffer

It won't take long but if you try anything else it can damage the rubber, they don't last long really anyway, hate replacing the damn things!
