As above, looking for a new dressage jacket in navy. Would consider black too if it's nice, and I've only ever worn black for dressage before, but for some reason I'm thinking the navy will suit me better!

Will probably use it for the occasional SJ show too. My brother is visiting later this year so he can bring it out from the UK for me, so must be available online. Not sure where to start as we only really get pikeur here and there's so many more brands overseas.

I'm roughly a size 8-10, about 5'8 and quite long in the torso. Pretty straight up and down, so not curvy at all! Means the traditional jackets look pretty big and shapeless on me. My shoulders are wider than my hips so I love the stretchiness of the softshell jackets...I want to be able to put my arms right forward without feeling horribly restricted and uncomfortable.

I tried on the equine couture stars and stripes jacket and liked it but thought I could find something better, if that helps! Also really like the look of the pikeur saphira and sarissa II as far as fit and style goes.

I have a sarissa II and love it, slightly longer than the orogonal sarissa, washes well, wears well great if you're caught in the wet, looks great and comfy plus not too hot if its warm (on the odd occasion lol)

What about the FairPlay Bea jacket? Equissentials Dressage have them - I've had my eye on the grey one.

Otherwise, Esperado ones are quite nice and they come in softshell which is always handy

They do look lovely! I'm quite long in the torso so the slightly longer cut often looks nice.

It is very hot in South Africa, and jackets are never excused, so one that is cool will be a huge bonus!
