Sole yard to rent North Somerset, any?

Looking for a friend who has been looking for some time now. She is after a yard to rent for herself (not livery yard), two stables minimum, the more grazing the better and an arena would be an added bonus also but not essential if there is one near by. Mains water a must, leccy a bonus. Areas considered, banwell, Churchill, Brent knoll etc!
