Some advice for you all

Please wear plenty of sunblock in this weather we are having, but especially on your lips.

I was at a show all day saturday and never took a cap or put sunblock on my face, I am now spotting two swollen botox gone wrong looking lips and my face is peeling like crazy. Wish I looked after myself as much as the kids as now I am drinking through a straw to try and keep my lips from getting anymore painful.

Ears too - particularly if you normall wear your hair down and tie it up to ride or groom for someone.
